STRLIB parameter not allowed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The STRLIB parameter is not allowed for one of the following reasons:
-- If this is a Save Library (SAVLIB) or a Restore Library (RSTLIB) command, then *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS must be specified for the LIB parameter on the SAVLIB command or for the SAVLIB parameter on the RSTLIB command.
-- If this is a Save Changed Objects (SAVCHGOBJ) command, then *ALLUSR must be specified for the LIB parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the STRLIB parameter.
-- If this is a SAVCHGOBJ command, specify *ALLUSR for the LIB parameter.
-- If this is a SAVLIB command, specify one of the following for the LIB parameter:
- *ALLUSR
- *IBM
- *NONSYS
-- If this is a RSTLIB command, specify one of the following for the SAVLIB parameter:
- *ALLUSR
- *IBM
- *NONSYS
