Cause . . . . . : A tape device cannot be specified on the device (DEV) parameter when the optical file (OPTFILE) parameter is specified.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the OPTFILE parameter.
-- Change the value on the DEV parameter.
