Cause . . . . . : The library specified for the start library (STRLIB) parameter is a library that is not saved or restored.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Change the STRLIB parameter to *FIRST.
-- Specify a library other than QDOC, QDOCxxxx, QSYS, QSYSxxxxx, QSPL, QSPLxxxx, QSRV, QRPLOBJ, QRPLxxxxx, QRECOVERY, QRCYxxxxx, or QTEMP on the STRLIB parameter.
