Cause . . . . . : The STRLIB parameter can only be specified when the value for the SAVLIB parameter is specified as *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the command again:
-- Omit the STRLIB parameter.
-- Specify *ALLUSR, *IBM, or *NONSYS for the SAVLIB parameter.
