Authority not restored for user &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Private authority for &3 type &2 was not restored because the object did not exist. There are many reasons the object may not exist:
-- The object was not saved for one of the following reasons:
1 - The object was omitted from the save by specifying an omit (*OMIT) value on the object (OBJ) or pattern (PATTERN) parameters.
2 - The object had the "Allow save" attribute set to "No" or the object was not specified on the save and it was in a directory that had the "Allow save" attribute set to "No" when the save occurred. See the integrated file system documentation for more information.
3 - The object did not qualify for the save based on the values specified for the change period (CHGPERIOD) parameter.
-- The object was not restored for one of the following reasons:
1 - The object was omitted from the restore by specifying the omit (*OMIT) value on the object (OBJ) or pattern (PATTERN) parameters.
2 - The object did not qualify for the restore based on the values specified for the option (OPTION), save date (SAVDATE) or save time (SAVTIME) parameters.

Recovery . . . : If the object was not saved, no recovery is necessary.
If the object was saved and the system was dedicated while the RSTAUT was running, do the following:
1 - Restore the user profile (RSTUSRPRF command).
2 - Restore the object (RST command).
3 - Restore the authorizations (RSTAUT command).
If the object was saved and the system was not dedicated while the RSTAUT was running, do the following:
1 - Restore the object (RST command).
2 - Restore the authorizations (RSTAUT command).
