Cause . . . . . : The conversion needed to make the object compatible with the current system is not possible because the object does not have the required creation data. &2 &1 was still restored to library &3.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Create the object using the appropriate create command.
-- Restore a saved version of the object that has the required creation data.
