Cause . . . . . : You specified the value *MEDDFN for the device (DEV) parameter without specifying the media definition (MEDDFN) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify the media definition (MEDDFN) parameter.
-- Change the value for the device (DEV) parameter.
