SAVACTOPT parameter not allowed with SAVACT(*NO).

Cause . . . . . : The save active option (SAVACTOPT) parameter cannot be specified when the value for the save active (SAVACT) parameter is *NO.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the SAVACTOPT parameter.
-- Specify SAVACT(*YES) or SAVACT(*SYNC).
