SYNCID not allowed with SAVACT value.

Cause . . . . . : The synchronization ID (SYNCID) parameter can be specified only when *SYNCLIB or *SYNC is specified for the save active (SAVACT) parameter.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Do not specify the SYNCID parameter.
-- For the SAV command, specify SAVACT(*SYNC).
-- For other save commands, specify SAVACT(*SYNCLIB).
