Cause . . . . . : The SECDTA(*PVTAUT) parameter is not allowed when USRPRF(*NEW) is specified.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- Specify a value other than *PVTAUT for the SECDTA parameter.
-- Specify a value other than *NEW for the USRPRF parameter.
