LCLSAP not valid unless DDITRCOPTS(*LCLSAP) specified.

Cause . . . . . : The local SAP (LCLSAP parameter) can be specified only if *LCLSAP is specified for the DDI trace options (DDITRCOPTS parameter).
Recovery . . . : Remove the value specified for the local SAP or change the value specified for the DDI trace options to *LCLSAP.
