Cause . . . . . : Your program has attempted to do one of the following:
-- Set the sync_level to CM_NONE when send_type is CM_SEND_AND_CONFIRM.
-- Set the sync_level to CM_NONE when prepare_to_receive_type is CM_PREP_TO_RECEIVE_CONFIRM.
-- Set the sync_level to CM_NONE when deallocate_type is CM_DEALLOCATE_CONFIRM.
-- Set the sync_level to CM_SYNC_POINT when deallocate_type is CM_FLUSH or CM_CONFIRM.
Recovery . . . : Use the appropriate sync_level and try the request again.
