Session start request failed for conversation &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system cannot complete the request to establish a session for conversation &1 using device description &8 with a remote location of &6, a local location of &5, and a remote network identifier of &7 because the controller description has been disconnected. One of the following has occurred:
-- The controller description on the local or remote system has been manually disconnected.
-- The controller description was disconnected as part of switched line disconnect processing.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the controller description was manually disconnected, determine why the controller description was disconnected. You may need to vary on the controller description using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command. Then try the request again.
-- If a switched line configuration is being used, try the request again.
