Session start request failed for conversation &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The advanced peer-to-peer networking (APPN) support cannot complete the request to establish a session using the advanced program-to-program communications (APPC) device description &8 with a remote location of &6, a local location of &5, and a remote network identifier of &7. This is a possible configuration problem.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the combination of remote location, local location, and remote network identifier used for the session establishment request by your program is correct using the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command. If the remote location is not defined, create the device description for the remote location, or add the remote location to the APPN remote location list using the Work with Configuration Lists (WRKCFGL) command. Then try the request again.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The request to start a new session failed with Systems Network Architecture (SNA) sense data of &12.
