Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- User is not authorized to the device for remote location &6.
-- System service tools (SST) is currently using the device associated with remote location &6 in this process.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Obtain authority from the security officer or object owner, and then try the request again.
-- Try the request again when the device is available.
