Cause . . . . . : One of the following occurred:
-- A blank symbolic destination name (sym_dest_name) was specified on an Initialize_Conversation (CMINIT) call and the partner_LU_name characteristic was not set when your program issued the Allocate (CMALLC) call.
-- The remote location was not defined.
-- The combination of remote location &6, device &8, local location &5, and remote network ID &7 is not correct.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following and try the request again:
-- If a blank sym_dest_name was specified on a CMINIT call and the partner_LU_name characteristic was not set, set the partner_LU_name characteristic using the Set_Partner_LU_Name (CMSPLN) call before issuing the CMALLC call.
-- If the remote location was not defined, create the device description for the remote location or add the remote location to the advanced peer-to-peer networking (APPN) remote location list using the Work with Configuration Lists (WRKCFGL) command.
-- If the combination of remote location &6, device &8, local location &5, and remote network ID &7 is not correct, use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to select the correct combination.
