Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The transaction program name (TP_name) characteristic specifies a Systems Network Architecture (SNA) service transaction program and the conversation_type is set to CM_MAPPED_CONVERSATION.
Recovery . . . : The condition may be corrected by one of the following:
-- If the local program is to use a mapped conversation, change the TP_name so that the first character is greater than X'3F'. To change the TP_name, you can either issue a Set_TP_Name (CMSTPN) call after the Initialize_Conversation (CMINIT) call and before the Allocate (CMALLC) call is performed, or change the value of the TNSPGM parameter on the Change Communications Side Information (CHGCSI) command.
-- If the local program is to use a basic conversation, issue a Set_Conversation_Type (CMSCT) call to change the conversation_type to CM_BASIC_CONVERSATION before issuing the CMALLC call.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : SNA service transaction program names can only be used when the conversation_type characteristic for a given conversation is CM_BASIC_CONVERSATION. The first character of an SNA service transaction program name is a character with a value in the range from X'00' through X'0D' or X'10' through X'3F'.
