Cannot allocate conversation for conversation &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : When the Allocate (CMALLC) call was issued by the local program, a session was not available for the conversation. Either device &8 is not varied on, or no sessions are available for advanced program-to-program communications on mode &4.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- If the device is varied off, vary on the device using the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command.
-- If no sessions are available for advanced program-to-program communications, use the Change Mode Description (CHGMODD) command to increase either the maximum sessions (MAXSSN) parameter value or the maximum conversations (MAXCNV) parameter value on the mode being used.
-- If advanced peer-to-peer networking (APPN) is being used, the return_control conversation characteristic must be set to CM_WHEN_SESSION_ALLOCATED to cause APPN support to attempt to create or vary on the device, attach the requested mode, or issue the Start Mode (STRMOD) command for you. The return_control value can be set to CM_IMMEDIATE if a session has been previously established.
