Cause . . . . . : Your program specified a length value of &11, which is not valid. The following lengths are valid:
-- partner_LU_name_length must be between 1 and 17 inclusive.
-- mode_name_length must be between 0 and 8 inclusive.
-- TP_name_length must be between 1 and 64 inclusive.
-- log_data_length must be between 0 and 512 inclusive.
Recovery . . . : Change the length value to a valid value and try the request again.
