Number of parameters passed on call &10 not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Number of parameters specified in the command string and passed to the REXX CPICOMM environment is not equal to the number of parameters expected by call &10. A REXX return code of &11 was received by your program and indicates one of the following:
-- -10 - The number of parameters passed is more than what was expected.
-- -11 - The number of parameters passed is less than what was expected.
Recovery . . . : Correct the program logic to provide the correct number of parameters required by the call that was issued. Then try the request again.
