Cause . . . . . : The &2 category must appear after the POSIX defined categories LC_COLLATE, LC_CTYPE, LC_MESSAGES, LC_MONETARY, LC_NUMERIC and LC_TIME.
Recovery . . . : Move the specified category to the end of the locale definition file.
