LINE &1: Error in the &2 keyword in the LC_CTYPE category.

Cause . . . . . : The &2 keyword contains characters already defined in other incompatible categories. Within the character classifications, there are restrictions for certain characters only being allowed in certain classifications. For example, no alphabetic characters may be specified in the control character class.
