LINE &1: The &3 value specified for the keyword is not valid. Reason code &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The &3 value specified for the keyword is not valid for one of the following reasons:
1 -- The language identifier is not valid.
2 -- The path name is not valid or sort sequence table does not exist
3 -- The conversion of the sort sequence table CCSID to the specified CCSID for the locale on the Create Locale (CRTLOCALE) command is not supported.
4 -- The sort sequence table is damaged.
5 -- You are not authorized to the sort sequence table.
6 -- The sort sequence table is in use by another process.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid path name to the sort sequence table and make sure the sort sequence table exists.
