Internal identifier is not blanks and job name is not *INT.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The only time an internal identifier may be specified is when the job name species *INT. Otherwise, the internal identifier parameter must be blanks.
Recovery . . . : Either specify *INT for the job name, or set the internal identifier parameter to blanks.
