Parameter mismatch between TEXT, MSGID, and MSGF.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the MSGID or MSGF parameters have values specified and the TEXT parameter is not *MSGID, or the TEXT parameter has a value of *MSGID and the MSGID or MSGF parameters do not have values specified.
Recovery . . . : Change the values specified on the TEXT, MSGID, or MSGF parameters and retry the command.
