RSTOBJ(*LNG) must be specified with LNGLIB.

Cause . . . . . : When a library name is specified for the LNGLIB parameter, you must also specify *LNG for the RSTOBJ parameter.
Recovery . . . : Either change the RSTOBJ parameter to *LNG or specify *SAME for the LNGLIB parameter, and then try the request again.
