Save file and device parameters cannot be used together.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The SAVF parameter cannot be used with the VOL, SEQNBR, EXPDATE, or ENDOPT parameters.
Recovery . . . : Specify DEV(*SAVF) with the SAVF parameter or the DEV parameter with a device name. If the DEV parameter is specified with a device name, the following parameters are allowed: VOL, SEQNBR, EXPDATE, and ENDOPT.
