Cause . . . . . : Release &11 of product &1 option &2 is currently installed on the system.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, and then try the request again.
-- Restore product &1 option &2 release &4 using the Restore Licensed Program (RSTLICPGM) command to specify &11 for the REPLACERLS parameter.
-- Delete release &11 of product &1 option &2 using the Delete Licensed Program (DLTLICPGM) command.
