Start or recycling of DDM/DRDA TCP/IP server failed for reason &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The failure can be user caused or due to a system defect. The user caused reason codes and meanings are:
10 -- Bad library list - user deleted a library.
11 -- Error occured on CHGJOB command.
12 -- Job description specifies multithread capable.
13 -- Secondary threads are active.
Recovery . . . : Correct the problem indicated by the reason code if user caused. Code 10 means that a library was deleted from the library list. Code 11 means that the change job encountered a failure. Code 12 means that the job description for the user profile under which the QRWTSRVR prestart job it started (normally QUSER) specifies that the job is multithread capable. Either the job description must be changed to specify ALWMLTTHD(*NO), or a different user profile whose JOBD does specify ALWMLTTHD(*NO) must be specified for the QRWTSRVR prestart job entry. Code 13 means that there are secondary threads active at the time of recycling of the QRWTSRVR prestart job. Make sure all threads are ended before job ends.
If the reason code is not in the above list, report the failure and reason code to IBM service.
