Entry for local relational database already exists.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An attempt was made to add an entry naming the local relational database when an entry for the local relational database already exists in the relational database directory. Only one entry is allowed for the local database.
Recovery . . . : If the name of the local relational database needs to be changed remove the entry (RMVRDBDIRE command) and add the new one (ADDRDBDIRE command).
