Offset down and offset across values of BACKOVL parameter ignored.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The offset down and offset across values for back overlay &6 are ignored when a value of *CONSTANT is specified for the back overlay. The only supported value is 0 when *CONSTANT is specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a constant back value of *NOCONSTANT or change the offset down and offset across values to 0 on the BACKOVL parameter on the CRTPRTF, CHGPRTF, or OVRPRTF commands.
