Conversion did not occur.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Either the display file CHRID command parameter is *JOBCCSID, the display file CHRID command parameter is *CHRIDCTL and the CHRIDCTL job attribute is *JOBCCSID or the CCSID keyword was specified on a graphic type field. Conversion did not occur when the system failed to obtain a CCSID conversion table for one of these scenarios. Return code &1 was received. The possible return codes are: 1 - CCSID conversion table for converting from CCSID &2 to CCSID &3 was not found. 2 - A CCSID of 00000 was specified. 3 - A CCSID of 65535 was specified. 8 - Conversion between CCSID &2 and CCSID &3 is not defined. 9 - Conversion of the device character set and code page does not convert to a valid CCSID. 10 - Internal error. Enter the ANZPRB command to run problem analysis.
Recovery . . . : See previously listed messages for an indication of the possible error that does not allow conversion to occur. If *JOBCCSID or *CHRIDCTL was specified on the CHRID command parameter, ensure that the CCSID values of the job and display file are correct. Ensure that the character set and code page of the device are correct. Ensure that each CCSID value (job CCSID, display file CCSID, converted CCSID of the device) can be converted to any one of the other CCSID values. If a CCSID keyword was specified, ensure that the UCS-2 CCSID is valid and that the character set and code page of the device are correct.
