Record lock on member &4 prevents query completion.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During query processing a sort of the query's results was attempted. However, a record in member &4 file &1 in library &2 that was being read for the sort was locked by another process. This prevents the sort and, consequently, the query from completing. Previous message CPF5027 has information on the record that was locked.
Recovery . . . : Try your request again when the record is available.
