Verification of network installation failed for device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Verification for device &1 failed with reason code &2. The reason codes and their meanings are as follows:
02 - Installation of the release requires additional allocation of space for Licensed Internal Code.
03 - The Licensed Internal code media is not supported for installation over the current version, release, and modification that is installed.
Recovery . . . : The reason codes and their recovery actions are as follows:
02 - Type GO LICPGM and take option 5. Select Allocate additional space for LIC. After completion try your request again.
03 - Try your request again with a supported release.
