The table named in the ALTSEQ keyword can not be converted.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The table named in the ALTSEQ keyword could not be converted to the CCSID requested for the file.
Recovery . . . : Use a CCSID for the file which is compatible with the CCSID the table has been created in.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The table named in the ALTSEQ keyword is in a different CCSID than the CCSID requested for the file. The table can not be converted to the requested CCSID. Either the requested CCSID is not defined, or it is not supported.
