Cause . . . . . : The value for the &1 attribute on the &2 tag is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Change the value for the &1 attribute on the &2 tag, or remove the attribute. If special characters are used as part of the value, then begin and end the value with apostrophes. Then try the request again.
