Cause . . . . . : A value other than ALWAYS or ONCE is specified for the EVAL attribute on the COND tag. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value of ALWAYS or ONCE for the EVAL attribute on the COND tag, or remove the EVAL attribute entirely to use the default value of ALWAYS. Then try the request again.
