Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The value for the TOPSEP attribute on the PANEL tag must be SYSNAM, SPACE, RULE, DATETIME, or NONE. A different value is specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value of SYSNAM, SPACE, RULE, DATETIME, or NONE for the TOPSEP attribute on the PANEL tag, or remove the attribute entirely to specify the default value of SYSNAM. Then try the request again.
