Product library name allowed only when *LIBL value is specified for panel group.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The product library cannot be specified on the IMPORT tag or the DSPHELP dialog command when a value other than *LIBL is specified as the library of the panel group.
Recovery . . . : Specify the *LIBL value for the panel group library or do not specify a product library name. Then try the request again.
