Cause . . . . . : NORMAL or PROLOG must be specified for the TYPE attribute on the &1 tag. A different value is specified.
Recovery . . . : Choose NORMAL or PROLOG for the TYPE attribute on the &1 tag, or remove the attribute entirely to specify the default value of NORMAL. Then try the request again.
