ITEMSEP attribute not allowed on DATAIX tag when YES value specified for NEWLINE attribute.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The ITEMSEP attribute is specified on the DATAIX tag at the same time that the YES value is specified for the NEWLINE attribute on the DATAIX tag. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Remove the ITEMSEP attribute on the DATAIX tag, or change the YES value for the NEWLINE attribute on the DATAIX tag. Then try the request again.
