IGC base type on CLASS tag not OPEN or EITHER.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The IGC base type on the CLASS tag must be a number which is optionally followed by OPEN or EITHER. A value other than OPEN or EITHER is specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify OPEN or EITHER for the IGC base type on the CLASS tag, or specify nothing after the number for IGC to use the default value of OPEN. Then try the request again.
