Values of USAGE and &1 attributes on LISTCOL tag not compatible.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The OUT value is specified for the USAGE attribute on the LISTCOL tag, and the NO value is specified for the &1 attribute. This condition is not allowed.
Recovery . . . : Change the value of the USAGE attribute on the LISTCOL tag; or change the value of the &1 attribute; or remove the &1 attribute entirely to use the default value of YES. Then try the request again.
