Variable &1 in &2 attribute on VARRCD tag not in variable list for VARS attribute.

Cause . . . . . : Each variable in the variable list for the &2 attribute on the VARRCD tag must appear in the variable list for the VARS attribute. Variable &1 is specified in the variable list for the &2 attribute but is not specified in the variable list for the VARS attribute.
Recovery . . . : Include variable &1 in the variable list for the VARS attribute on the VARRCD tag, or remove the &2 attribute entirely to use all variables specified in the variable list for the VARS attribute. Then try the request again.
