HELPIDX action not allowed when panel group does not have a search index.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The HELPIDX action is not allowed when the SCHIDX attribute on the PNLGRP tag has not been specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify the SCHIDX attribute on the PNLGRP tag with a search index name or remove the HELPIDX action. Then try the request again.
