The number of subtopics in this panel group exceeds the maximum of &1

Cause . . . . . : The maximum number of subtopics allowed in one panel group object is &1. Even if there are fewer than &1 subtopics in the source file, the maximum may be exceeded if subtopics that have subtopics are duplicated repeatedly.
Recovery . . . : Reduce the number of subtopics in the panel group, or rearrange the hierarchy so that subtopics with subtopics are not duplicated.
