Cause . . . . . : The PRFDTA parameter was specified on the CHGPGM command line when non-ILE program &1 in library &2 was specified. The profiling data cannot be changed for non-ILE programs. This parameter is ignored.
Recovery . . . : The CHGPGM command continues.
