Basic or Full optimization not valid for unbound programs.

Cause . . . . . : OPTIMIZE(*BASIC) or OPTIMIZE(*FULL) was specified on the CHGPGM command line when unbound program &1 in library &2 was specified. Basic and Full optimization are not supported for unbound programs. This parameter is ignored, and OPTIMIZE(*SAME) is assumed.
Recovery . . . : The CHGPGM command continues. To optimize this program, use the CHGPGM command with OPTIMIZE(*YES) specified.
