Modules not optimized for service program &1 in library &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One or more constituent modules of service program &1 in library &2 were not optimized to the extent specified on the CHGSRVPGM command line. &3 constituent modules were optimized to the specified level. &4 constituent modules could not have a change in optimization. &5 constituent modules had a partial change in optimization. &6 constituent modules did not require a change in optimization.
This message is issued when the optimization level requested on the CHGSRVPGM command is greater than the module's maximum optimization level. The module is optimized to it's maximum optimization level.
The maximum optimization level for the module may be different than the maximum optimization level on the CHGSRVPGM if the module was created for a previous release. Modules can only be optimized to the highest level that existed on the release the module was created for.
Recovery . . . : The CHGSRVPGM command continues.
