PGM, DTAARA, and FILE parameters cannot be used together.

Cause . . . . . : The parameters PGM(*YES) and DTAARA(*YES), and a value other than *NO for the FILE parameter cannot be used together. More than one of the PGM, the DTAARA, or the FILE parameters have a value other than *NO specified.
Recovery . . . : Specify a value other than *NO for only one of these parameters.
